Professional Update

I continue to gain experience working with a diverse population of adults diagnosed with severe and persistent mental illness, histories of trauma, and/or substance abuse. I am most interested in working with survivors of trauma; providing psycho-education on the effects and treatment of trauma,  teaching safe coping skills, and motivating clients for change. My overall goal is to empower survivors throughout their mental health treatment, while preventing systemic re-traumatization.
